The Energy Lock by designer Young Suk Kim is just one of those inventions we actually need. It surprises me something like this isn’t standard yet. The Energy Lock concept is simple; turn a plugged in socket 90 degrees and it won’t use any electricity. Energy Lock also has a timer feature. So turn it a bit, and your lights for instance will shut off after 30 minutes. Simple.. but brilliant.
